Reminder – MMAC 10 mile Champs

2nd October: MMAC 10 mile Road Championships (Rugby 10 mile)  Awards in the usual 5yr age groups.  Teams M35 – 44 & M45 – 54 x 4 /  W35 – 44, W55+, M55 – 64 & M65+ x 3 Enter online here (make sure you click 3rd registration button down!): https://www.sportsystems.co.uk/ss/event/TheRugbyTenmile or download Tenform-2016 to enter by post. Closing Date 27th September.
