Those who took part enjoyed a good race in dry, largely sunny but breezy conditions, over what is always a challenging course. A good chance to meet up with people we hadn’t seen since before the pandemic lockdowns.
Numbers may have been affected by the revived ‘real’ London Marathon the same day. 11 runners made it to the race out of 16 MMAC entries. The M55’s had a full turnout and put in a strong competitive performance, taking three of the top ten positions in the overall race.
Thanks go to Rugby & Northampton AC for again accommodating our 10 Mile championship in their race.
