5 Mile Handicap Results 2012

This re-scheduled event from February was re-named the Colin Simpson Memorial Handicap in honour of our late Treasurer whose birthday it would have been today (2nd April 2012). From the original 30 entries only 14 members turned up, which was a little disappointing because 30 doubled the usual take up and 14 was the average from the last few years. Maybe the change of date was the problem… feel free to leave comments on this page.

Rather appropriately, Colin’s son, Roger Simpson carried off the handicap prize. Roger trained specifically to take part and we hope to see him at some of our other events in the future. Results appear below and a printable version can be downloaded from the following link…
