MMAC 10k & 10 Mile Champs

Entry is now available for the MMAC 10k and 10 mile road championships on 4th September (incorporated into the Wilne 10k) and 2nd October (incorporated into the Rugby 10 mile):

MMAC 10 mile Road Championships (Rugby 10 mile). Awards in the usual 5yr age groups.  Teams M35 – 44 & M45 – 54 x 4 /  W35 – 44, W55+, M55 – 64 & M65+ x 3
