Cardiff Park Run

Cardiff AAC’s James MILLS was the first athlete across the finish line today, Saturday 25th September 2010. He completed the course in 16:09 and posted an age grade score of 79.88%. The first female athlete to cross the line was Charlie GREEN in a time of 18:42 posting an age grade score of 79.14%.
The following athletes from Midland Masters AC from took part in today’s Cardiff parkrun.
